Interested in Singing?
The Mayfield Festival Choir is currently recruiting extra Sopranos and Tenors in order to create a better balance within the choir.
Rehearsals, which are friendly, happy events, with lots of laughs, usually take place in Mayfield Primary School on Thursday evenings from 7.30 – 9.30pm starting in September.
If you are interested in singing with the choir, come and join us for a rehearsal or two, following which a short painless audition can be arranged. This will be no longer than 8 minutess and will only consist of some scales and arpeggios, picking out a note from a chord, singing back some short phrases played on the piano and singing a short song or hymn of your choice.
